1. General provisions
This document sets out the terms of use of the website of the international cybersecurity companies association Compliance Control and Rakasta (the “Site”, the “Association”). The Site is purely informational, promotional, and non-commercial in nature. The materials published on it do not constitute a public offer, advertising of specific services, or individual advice.
2. Status of the Association and its members
The Association is a voluntary alliance of independent companies (Compliance Control and Rakasta in various countries). Member companies provide their services independently, are responsible for their content and quality, and act on their own behalf. The Association does not provide services through the Site and is not a party to the relationship between visitors and members.
3. Intellectual property
All Site materials (text, graphics, design, and source code), unless otherwise stated, belong to the Association and/or its member companies and are protected by intellectual-property law. Use of the materials without the written permission of the rights holder is not permitted, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
4. Trademarks
“Compliance Control”, “Rakasta”, and the associated marks and logos are trademarks (service marks) of the respective companies. Their use without the rights holders' consent is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
Information on the Site is provided “as is”, for general informational purposes, and may change without prior notice. It does not constitute professional, legal, or other advice. The Association does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of all materials and is not responsible for decisions made on their basis.
6. Links to third-party resources
The Site contains links to the resources of member companies and other third-party sites. The Association does not control their content and is not responsible for it, nor for the policies and actions of the owners of such resources.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Association is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Governing law
The relationships connected with the use of the Site are governed by the law determined with regard to the jurisdictions where the Association's members operate (Russia, Kazakhstan, the UAE, the European Union, and Uzbekistan), unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of law.
9. Changes
The Association may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated.
